RAINTREE – The idea behind Raintree is driven by the principle that though furniture is a work of art, its design shouldn’t come at the expense of practicality and convenience. Resembling the trunk of a tree, its legs are intentionally positioned away from the table corners. This is so there is adequate space for users to move in and out of the table easily, minimizing the risk of hitting a table leg. Pairing convenience with durability, the design also takes the everyday wear and tear of a dining table into account. Each leg is fitted with a diagonal ‘branch’ to support the load of the tabletop. Meanwhile, its Smart Top® table top is high in density and made of durable materials that are impact and peel-resistant.
